About FryDaily
FryDaily is a recipe site with a simple promise: easy recipes, every day — written and cooked by people, tested in a real home kitchen, and published with the information a cook actually needs at the top of the page, not buried under a memoir.
How we test
Every recipe is cooked in our test kitchen before it appears on the site, using the equipment most home cooks own: a standard basket air fryer, a home oven, a slow cooker and a stovetop. We time ourselves honestly, weigh ingredients when it matters, and cook each recipe at least twice. If a dish does not earn a repeat in our own kitchen, it does not get published. Temperatures are given in Fahrenheit with Celsius alongside, and ingredients in US measures with grams.
Our star scores
The score on each recipe (for example 4.9/5) is our own editorial rating from testing — how well the dish ate, how reliable the method was, and whether we would make it on a busy weeknight. It is not a reader-review average, and we do not mark our recipes up with review schema we have not earned.
Nutrition figures
Nutrition numbers are estimates calculated from standard ingredient databases for the stated yield. They are there to help you plan, and they will vary with your brands and substitutions.
Photos & credits
Food photography on FryDaily comes from Pexels under its free license (attribution not required, credit given here gladly). Full per-photo credits, with photographer names and source pages, are kept in the project file IMAGE-CREDITS.md. Every photo is processed to the same sizes and warm grade, so what you see is consistent from page to page.
Canning safety
Our canning recipes follow the structure of tested, USDA-aligned methods, and we say so on the page, including where to confirm processing times for your altitude. Please follow current USDA guidance for your elevation — and when in doubt, freeze instead.
